Our Trauma Group is a psychoeducational group for trauma and post-traumatic stress.
Goals of group:
- Recognizing and managing PTSD symptoms
- Restoring trust in self and others
- Anxiety and fear management
- Learning self-care and self-esteem techniques

Who: Adults who have experienced trauma.
When: Every Thursday at 18:00-19:30 starting on 5th October 2023.
Duration: 8 weeks
