ADHD Skills Group for Adults
ADHD Skills Group for Adults
Living with ADHD can often feel exhausting. You may find yourself constantly trying harder to stay organised, manage your time, start tasks, or keep up with everyday responsibilities, only to feel frustrated when traditional strategies don’t seem to work.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
Altius Mind Institute is organizing a support group for Adults Living with ADHD on Monday, 28 September 2026, from 18:15 to 19:45.
ADHD isn’t about lacking ability or motivation. It’s about understanding how your brain works and learning to work with it, rather than against it.
Our 8-week face-to-face ADHD Skills Group is designed to help you better understand your ADHD through psychoeducation and evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) strategies. Together, we’ll explore practical techniques for managing everyday challenges, while recognising that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach.
Throughout the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new strategies, try them out in your daily life, reflect on your experiences, and discover which approaches work best for you. The aim is to help you build your own personalised toolkit for managing ADHD in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.
This group is not about becoming a different person. It’s about understanding yourself better, discovering what works for you, and building the confidence to navigate everyday life with greater ease.
