The heart of our clinical training is in the individual therapy. Psychotherapy is a process of self-reflection, growth and self-discovery. The therapy room is a safe environment where an individual externalizes thoughts, emotions, visualizes goals, gets support during difficult times, builds awareness, learns about onseself and recognizes maladaptive patterns and dynamics of relationships and also, has the opportunity to create a long lasting change in life. We believe that emotional and relational pain is a universal human experience. This means you’re not alone, yet often we go through these negative experiences alone.
We offer a variety of groups designed to provide psychoeducation, support and tools to individuals suffering from mental health disorders. We also developed the Employee Assistance Program, which is a designed group program for professionals who need the support and tools to assure a better performance at work and improve the quality of their work. We maintain a limited group size for significantly more individualized attention and more effective treatment.
We offer a variety of assessments, including intelligence tests, ADHD testing, personality assessments, and others, for children, adolescents and adults in Greek, English and Russian.
Join for an hour of individual or group supervision. This is a complimentary group and is open to practicing practitioners who would benefit from support and guidance on issues related to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders in their clinical work.
