Discover how Altius Mind Institute supports workplace mental wellbeing through an interactive stress management workshop at Aphrodite Hills Resort.
Creating a healthier workplace begins with making space for mental wellbeing. Through our collaboration with Aphrodite Hills Resort, we aim to encourage a workplace culture that prioritizes self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience, empowering individuals to navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and care.
Altius Mind Institute is pleased to collaborate with Aphrodite Hills Resort to deliver an interactive workshop dedicated to promoting mental wellbeing in the workplace.
Led by Clinical Psychologist Christie Rousou, Pause, Reset, Reconnect: Practical Tools for Mental Wellbeing at Work explores the impact of everyday stress on our physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing.
Through guided exercises, practical techniques, and personal reflection, participants will develop a greater awareness of their stress responses and discover accessible strategies for managing emotional overload.
The workshop introduces evidence-informed grounding, breathing, and emotional regulation techniques that employees can incorporate into their professional and personal lives.
