BULLYING IN SCHOOL GROUP

Our Bullying in School Group aims to psycho-educate parents of children and teenagers (aged 6-18 years) about what bullying is and the long term effects on their children and to provide a space to talk, relate and share their home experiences.

TRAUMA GROUP

Our Adult Trauma Group aims to bring individuals together who have experienced past trauma; to psychoeducate what trauma is and the long term effects that has on our body and mental health. This group also, has goals to support and provide a space to share past experiences.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE GROUP

Our Domestic Violence Group aims to bring together women who have experienced any form of domestic violence (psychological, verbal, sexual, physical) to share their past experiences, gain support and mental empowerment from each other, as well as to develop an abuse prevention plan.

MOOD DISORDERS GROUP

Our Mood Disorders Group aims to bring together individuals who have been diagnosed with mood disorders (major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, persistent depressive disorder (dysthymia), seasonal affective disorder, cyclothymic disorder, premenstrual dysphoric disorder) in order to understand their experience in depth and learn coping techniques to deal with their everyday difficulties.

ANXIETY TEENS GROUP

Our Anxiety Teens Group aims to psychoeducate teenagers (aged 13-17 years) about what is anxiety and to teach coping skills and techniques to deal with everyday difficulties.

ADHD GROUP

Our ADHD Group is a therapeutic group for teenagers (13-17 years of age), who are diagnosed with ADHD. The aim of this group is to psychoeducate, support teenagers and provide coping tools to use to manage their symptoms and difficulties.

CHRONIC ILLNESS SUPPORT GROUP

Our Chronic Illness Support Group aims to provide supportive psychotherapy for individuals with chronic illnesses. The group aims to provide support and empowerment to individuals and teach coping tools to use in order to deal with everyday difficulties.
