Our Transition to Military Service Group aims to inform about how the military system works and the ways in which military service can affect the mental health of a recruit.

Our Domestic Violence Group aims to bring together women who have experienced any form of domestic violence (psychological, physical, sexual, financial, gender-based violence, neglect) to share their past experiences, gain support and mental empowerment from each other, as well as to develop an abuse prevention plan.

Our Bullying in School Group aims to provide psychoeducation to parents of children and teenagers (aged 6-18 years) about bullying in school and its effects, and to give them a space to talk, relate and share their experiences.

Our ADHD Group is a group where parents and teachers of children and teenagers who have been diagnosed with ADHD can get together and share their experiences of raising and teaching children with ADHD.

Our Mood Disorders Group is a psychoeducational and therapeutic group. The group aims to bring together individuals who have been diagnosed with mood disorders. The group is also open to individuals whose family members have been diagnosed with mood disorders.
